The concept itself is enough to grab any pervert’s attention, how well do they actually pull off the magic? As always, that’s what I needed to find out before I reported back to you guys, which is why I find myself typing this up with my free hand today. Let me tell you what’s keeping that other rosy palm stroking.

The biggest question in such a crowded category is always what separates one platform from the next. Maybe this’ll finally get normal people to sign up for the messaging app.

Next, you select a video to clone. SwapFans themselves will tell you Instagram still works best, and that TikTok has some issues with detection, so I began with a reel from the ‘gram. I typed in a favorite model’s name, and SwapFans pulled up a whole menu of her content that I could play with. You can check off multiple videos and do a big batch, but I started with a quick boobie-jiggling clip. Too bad about Instagram’s community guidelines, huh? The tatas are gorgeous, but sadly covered.

After making my selection, I clicked the Generate button. SwapFans.ai asked if I really wanted to spend 40 cents. I said yes, and they promised results in under ten minutes. I actually got my custom movie a lot quicker than that: it only took three minutes.

It wasn’t just fast, but incredibly realistic. I’ve got it playing in a loop as I type up this paragraph, and holy fucking shit. That’s clearly Rose’s face, but speaking as a guy who’s seen her naked with my very eyes, that clearly ain’t her body it’s on top of. I wouldn’t have known that if I hadn’t generated the movie myself, because her face moves exactly like the original.

I’ve been reviewing these face-swapping apps as they pop up around the web, and it’s blindingly obvious that they’re getting smarter all the time. Just a few months ago, the output on these things almost always included at least a few bad frames where you could see funky pixels or digital Frankenstein seams. There’s none of that here. It just looks like a regular-ass, totally real sexy Instagram reel.

This one does have a few wonky frames that give it away as AI-tweaked, though the overall effect is fucking beautiful. In this case, I think the robot brain got a little confused by her hair swinging past her face as she spun around to shake her ass. I’m still impressed as all hell.

I downloaded both of my videos as soon as they were ready, but I don’t think it’s as much of a do-or-die situation as with most deepfake makers. These platforms typically delete everything you make as soon as it’s generated, or give you a short window to download them. SwapFans.ai saves your work to a custom gallery, though I can’t tell you how long they’re saved. You should probably download them all, just to be on the safe side.

I still wanted to experiment. Next, I gave Swap Fans a personal shot of the illustrious Lysagna DelRay, whose pretty face would look good in any situation. Then, I uploaded another short porno clip from my collection, clicked the Generate button, and waited.

It was another winner. AI can be unpredictable, and this time, it seemed to do better with the hair swinging around when the video girl spun around. I think this one looks most like the original source, too. That’s clearly Lysagna’s face atop somebody else’s body. Your source material matters a lot on either end, so make sure you experiment to figure out what works best.

And with the low prices here, you can actually afford to experiment. Yesterday, I reviewed a platform that charged you even when their machinery failed to detect a face, but I didn’t run into issues with either pricing or tech shit at SwapFans. To the contrary, I was consistently impressed, and may spend the rest of the day whipping up custom fap fodder.

SwapFans.ai is one of the more impressive video face swappers I’ve ever had the privilege of test driving. The results come out fast and look fucking incredible, and I love how they can instantly clone videos from TikTok and Instagram. If they roll in support for some more adult-oriented platforms, they may have to fight off the perverts with a stick.
