I had to bust out a stopwatch. At about a minute long, it’s a bit longer than I usually expect from these TikTok-style porn sites. That’s certainly not a complaint, as I appreciated every steamy second. I clicked the Info button, which pulled up a longer clip and a bunch of details about the film in another tab.

The JAVTrailers.com shorts feature is different from other TikTok porn sites in one massive and pretty fucking kickass way. Most of these platforms just show you a grab bag of whatever they happen to have on hand. JAV Trailers has always been a site focused on that titular product, and yeah, it applies to the Shorts, too. If you see a short you like, you can buy the full movie by clicking the Cart button. Speaking as a professional masturbator and the world’s most recognized smut expert, JAVTrailers is almost in a separate category from the other TikTok-style porn sites.

The interface here really feels a hell of a lot like TikTok. Pretty much every website to come out in the last 20 years is mobile friendly, but the JAVTrailers Shorts are optimized for mobile in a way most apps just aren’t. No shit, I felt like I had slightly better performance on my phone than on my laptop. Swiping the screen just feels better than scrolling with my mouse.

However you choose to browse, their machine will serve up a rapid-fire selection of Japanese Adult Video clips. In a matter of seconds, I’d swiped through cock-riding MILFs, a bus full of nymphos fucking, a gorgeous office lady getting her nylons ripped and her pussy eaten, and a couple wide-eyed beauties sharing a dingdong in a shower.

Just like you expect from Japanese dirty movies, JAV Trailers carries a wide variety of Asian pornography. Because of the random nature of the scenes they throw at you, the mix will show a lot of relatively vanilla fucking and sucking scenes. Keep swiping, though, and the kinkier stuff starts popping up: rough domination, big-ass group scenes, shiny black BDSM outfits, and even that rare niche of chubby Asians graced my screen.

I wish there was a way to dial in some preferences as far as niches, kinks, scenarios and fetishes. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of tagging integration in the current version of JAVTrailers Shorts, but hopefully that’s something they’ll roll out in the future. Some of the other TikTok porn sites let you choose a category, which is something every last masturbator appreciates.

There are signs of good things coming, too. For one thing, you’re given three options of videos to flick through: For You, New and Trailer. The latter two are self-explanatory given the overall premise of the whole JAV Trailers website, while the For You option suggests they’re working on some type of automated curation. If my predictions are accurate, that should mean a Like button is coming, along with more personalized recommendations.

There are certain elements that I’ve seen on other TikTok porn sites that would be a perfect fit for JAV Trailers’ Shorts. The site does a great job indexing Japanese pornstars and AV idols, so they could include icons and quick links for every star of every Short. They could also do likewise with Studios and Categories, giving users still more ways to dig in. JAVTrailers relies more heavily on actual product sales than the average free tube, so it’d seem almost foolish not to give fans these options. Oh, and a Download button is always a hit with masturbators.

Since there’s currently no way to download your favorites, make a playlist, or even bookmark the best clips directly, I recommend using the Share button if you find something you’ll want to watch again. That’ll give you a direct link to the Short in question. Hopefully they’ll make it easier to build your own stash soon.

Even if they stopped developing the thing right now, though, JAVTrailers.com is still going to be a very easy recommendation to certain wanker demographics. This is the only TikTok-style porn platform I know of that’s focusing on Japanese fuck flicks, and also the only one I know of with quick, easy links to the full movies if you find yourself in need. Those features alone are going to pull the weeaboos and otaku perverts in droves.

There is one major disadvantage to the entire JAV Trailers website, though, and I’m sure all the Asian porn fanatics already know what it is. Everything I saw today was part of a dirty movie officially released in Japan, which means everything I saw today was censored. Sorry, folks, but you know how it goes!
