I’m still not sure what the R in RJAV stands for, but I have come up with some possibilities. It could be shorthand for Risqué, as their Japanese Adult Videos tend to be pretty naughty. Then again, it could always be a reference to the selection of truly Raw videos in the catalog—you know, the uncensored JAV a lot us are always on the hunt for. Personally, I like to imagine they’re talking about the big-R Relief I feel after busting a nut to some hot Asian chicks sucking and fucking.

Whatever that mysterious letter stands for, RJAV.tv is a free tube with a focus on JAV, plus some other fun stuff we’ll get into shortly. They’re a brand spanking new platform, the domain registered just a couple weeks ago, though I wouldn’t have guessed that from the well-stocked shelves. Here's the thing: if you’re familiar with Japanese porno, you know that the videos with DVD covers are official releases straight from the Land of the Rising Sun. Decensored JAV has become common enough that the weeaboos are well aware of it, but casual fans of the genre might not have encountered much. Basically, they use a computer to rebuild the genitals where they should be. The effect ain’t perfect, but it’s been getting better. As Artificial Intelligence continues to get smarter, I’m expected a big fucking avalanche of JAV films with the mosaics removed.

Oh, and on the same note, let’s talk about the sheer fucking size of this place. I’m not sure exactly how they’re sourcing material, but holy fucking shit, they certainly don’t suffer the usual new-tube pitfall of having a small collection. If I’m doing my math right, RJAV already has nearly 200,000 movies in the library. I got this number by adding up all the digits listed on the Categories page: 16,329 for Mosaic Removed movies, 16,019 for the Asian Amateurs, 69,338 under JAV censored, and so on and so forth. I’m not sure if there’s overlap between categories, but I do know that some of the numbers are actually a lot higher than what’s listed. The number at the top of the screen says there are only 3 videos in the JAV Uncensored section, but I found nearly 600 pages of them to flip through.

You know what I didn’t find, though? Upload dates. I like to tell my PornDude visitors how often any adult website is updating their library, whether we’re talking about weekly blowjob infusions on the paysites or the non-stop sexy shelf-stocking of the major free tubes. Based on the size of RJAV.tv’s catalog, I have to assume they’re constantly adding to the pile, but I can’t give you any hard numbers in this respect. Sorry, folks.

I mentioned the Categories menu, which breaks down the library into about a dozen broad niches. The Tags index, on the other hand, is a wildly specific list of kinks, scenarios, sex acts, outfits, actresses, and more. There’s an insane variety of perversion going on here! As with a lot of JAV sites, it’s unwieldy as fuck, with around 2000 pages of keywords listed as of this writing. I bet it keeps growing, so your best bet is to use the search bar if you’ve got something specific in mind.

Tagging on RJAV.tv is stellar all around. Besides the big-ass menu of Tags, they’ve also got a well-maintained Actress index with tons of Asian pornstars and AV idols. The list is 200 pages already, and while it looks like they’ve got the infrastructure in place to add in a bunch of sexy headshots, they’ve currently got the same generic icon above every name. You can’t browse by picture just yet, but you can browse by name.

Truth be told, I was still a little stuck about where to start, so I went back to the front page and clicked the Hot Videos button. Some of the top vids on the site right now include uncensored amateur Asian chicks, suggestive Korean dancing, and a full-length American porno from Black Ambush. It was an uncensored JAV movie that finally drew me in, with a mysterious numerical title that told me almost nothing.

Most of the sample videos on RJAV are full-length features, and this one is no exception, clocking in at around 80 minutes. It opens with a camera exploring a beautiful office lady while she answers some questions, similar to what I do over at PornDudeCasting. They take more time getting to the naughty stuff than I usually do, but once the tits came out, I was already hooked. If I have any complaint, it’s just the usual spam you find on the JAV tubes.
