Manhwax

Manhwax may sound to the casual observer like a new brand of men’s grooming products aimed at keeping your butt crack and balls nice and smooth, but it’s got different connotations if you jerk off to hentai on the regular. And yes, before the weebs blow up my inbox, I already know the difference between hentai and manhwa; manhwa is the Korean equivalent to manga. Add an X to the end, and I think it’s a formula most any of you perverts can understand.

So, what’s it going to be today, boys? Dorm room shenanigans, taboouous stepmoms, or something with tentacles? Those are all options today because Manhwax is a free archive of adult manhwa and manga. I mixed some red ginseng in with my usual morning dose of weird boner pills I found at the gas station, so this seems like a perfect opportunity to delve into this world of Asian delights.

Oh, and the collection is growing like crazy, too. They get a steady stream of new updates added every day. Fifteen of the new manhwas on the front page today were added in the last seven hours. The newest one is called Banging My Aunt, and the cover’s got a sexy MILF whose nipples are peeking through a sheer nightgown, looking sexy as fuck.

The site isn’t that old, but they’ve been stacking things up in a way that makes it challenging to find the bottom of the pile. I wish I could give you a more accurate count, but I’m confident telling you they’ve got hundreds of Asian porn comics in thousands of chapters.

Episodic content is big in manhwa, so most of the pieces you’ll find on Manhwax are ongoing series. The update I mentioned about Banging My Aunt was actually the 15th chapter of the story, so you’ll have to go back a bit if you want the whole sordid tale. Other series have been going on much longer. Dorm Room Sisters, for example, just hit 21, and they just added chapter 60 of Sex Is Part of Undercover Agent’s Job. The more subtly titled Young Boss is up to chapter 112.

There’s a nice consistency to the artwork, so it looks like they’ve got excellent, high standards for inclusion. None of the art seems anything less than professional, so you don’t have to flip through page after page of bullshit drawn in MS Paint before you can find the good stuff. They clearly aren’t publishing any random bit of bullshit they can scrape from other manhwa and hentai sites, which is common among the shittier collections.

So far, I like what I’m looking at here, and I haven’t even really left the front page. The overall setup is definitely prettier than the bare-bones hentai sites, where they don’t seem to make much effort on the presentation. Unfortunately, Manhwax.com doesn’t yet have a logo, but perhaps they prefer to let the manga speak for itself. Whatever the case, I appreciate a clean shop, even if I’m just here to make a mess all over myself.

None of which to say that Manhwax is a vanilla site because it definitely isn’t. They’ve got a nice, deep range of kinky categories. They’ve helpfully selected a few featured stories for the top of the front page, and the names alone say a lot about the kind of smut the site is peddling. The first thing that popped up is one called That Man’s Epilepsy, which isn’t exactly a title I’d expect to hear a few seconds before masturbating to it. That’s followed by A Pervert’s Daily Life, Stepmother’s Friends, Secret Class, and My Aunt.

Incest is big around here, at least if the titles are any indication. Other titles hint at naughty students, dildos at the porn store, giving girlfriends, and something called Sex Exercise. That sounds like exactly the kind of workout routine I’ve been looking for.

A trip to the Manhwax.com Genres page spells out their offerings a little more clearly. The Harem collection spans a couple of hundred updates, and they’ve got 300 filed under Ecchi. There’s Yaoi and Yuri, plus Seinen and Shoujo, Comedy and Adventure.

If I have any complaint, it’s that the Genres don’t get nearly as deep, specific, and freaky as you’d find on a good hentai site. Most of the genres sound clean as hell, like Cooking, Historical, and Drama. They do a decent job tagging lists of keywords in the individual posts, but they’re not clickable, nor do they have a central index on the site. That means the search function should work fine for finding what you’re into, but I like having a list to peruse. It’s a good way of finding fetishes you never even knew existed!

Clicking through to the title’s page, I see that they’ve got each of the twenty-six chapters instantly accessible via a click. The overall organization is very nice, with a lot of info like alternative titles, genres, and the author. It’s easy to overlook that stuff when you’re just beating off, but it’s vital when you’re searching for material in a library of this size.

Manhwax.com doesn’t have the fanciest baked-in comic book reader I’ve seen on a hentai site, but they offer multiple ways to read the stuff. There’s the long-scroll style where you get multiple pages at once, or you can read a page at a time and flip through with the forward and back buttons.

Since I was playing with the interface, I jumped kind of randomly into that Erotic Cult story, and when I finally stopped skipping pages, I landed on a naked, crying girl kneeling in front of a dude in a room full of people. She gropes a tit, says she can feel a change, and then the conversation shifts to killing people. I guess this is what I get for choosing a weird-ass title, but hey, there’s a ton of other content that I know will get me off easier.

And that’s how I ended up reading My Girlfriend Is So Naughty. I don’t want to spoil anything for you, but it’s in full color, and she does seem pretty naughty. I kind of wish there was a one-click download button with a zip file or something, but collectors will have to use a browser plugin if they want to save a bunch of stuff at once.

I can see why Manhwax.com has gotten so popular so quickly. It’s a huge collection of adult manhwa and manga, and it’s organized really well, with a minimum of spam. Free hentai sites sometimes hit you with the pop-up cannon, but not a single ad slipped through my adblocker during my visit.
